I understand that, if Celina Aluminum Precision Technology Inc. (CAPT) decides to employ me, my employment is to be at the will of CAPT and that I or CAPT may terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason. I also understand that no member of management or representatives of CAPT has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for a specified period of time or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing excerpt through a written employment agreement signed by the President of Executive Vice President of CAPT.

I understand that there may not be any positions open and that completing this application does not in any way obligate the Company to offer me employment or hire me. This application will remain active for a period of 6 months following the date it is received by the Company. If I wish to be considered for employment after the active period expires, it will be necessary for me to fill out a new application.

I agree that, if I am hired, I will not file any action, suit or claim relating to my employment by Celina Aluminum Precision Technology Inc. more than 300 days after the termination of my employment. I expressly waive any statute of limitations to the contrary.
